11.1 Standard Warranty
Electronic World provides a 1 year limited warranty for Products purchased through the Site, covering manufacturer defects only, as further described in our separate Warranty Policy.
11.2 What is Covered
The warranty generally covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
11.3 What is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover, for example:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect,
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or aging,
- Unauthorized modification, repairs, or opening of the Product,
- Damage from use with third party accessories or power sources not recommended by us,
- Loss or theft.
11.4 Warranty Remedies
If a Product is found to be defective and covered under warranty, Electronic World may, at its option and to the extent permitted by law:
- Repair the Product,
- Replace it with a new or refurbished item of equal or greater value, or
- Provide a refund or store credit up to the amount originally paid.
11.5 How to Make a Warranty Claim

11.6 Disclaimer of Additional Warranties
Except for the express limited warranty described above and to the extent permitted by law, the Products and Site are provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all other warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.
