Electronic World – Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you shop at Electronic World ("EW," "we," "us," or "our") via shop.electronicworldusa.com.

Our goal is to deliver your order quickly, safely, and reliably—so you can get back to what matters: staying connected, creating, and living your life.

1Order Processing

  • Fulfillment Location
    All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in Sugar Land, Texas:
    575 Julie Rivers Dr, Sugar Land, TX 77478, USA
  • Processing Time
    • Standard processing time is 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
    • Orders placed after 12:00 PM Central Time may be processed the next business day.
    • During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

Processing time is separate from the shipping transit time shown at checkout.

2Shipping Methods & Transit Times

We currently ship orders using UPS as our primary carrier.

Available methods:

• UPS Ground (Standard Shipping)

  • Estimated transit time: 2–3 business days after your order has been processed.
  • Available on all eligible orders shipping within our service area.

• UPS Expedited (Express Shipping)

  • Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days after your order has been processed.
  • Ideal if you need your EW products as soon as possible.

⚠️ Important:

Transit times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or high-volume periods.

3Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

• Standard UPS Ground (2–3 Business Days)

  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and order weight/size.

• UPS Expedited (1–2 Business Days)

  • Premium rates apply and are calculated at checkout.

• Free Shipping Threshold

We offer free standard shipping (UPS Ground) on all orders over $60 (USD):

  • Threshold applies to the order subtotal after discounts/promo codes and before taxes and fees.
  • Free shipping will automatically appear as an option at checkout when your cart qualifies.

4Shipping Area

By default, this policy assumes shipments within the United States.

  • We ship to most residential and business addresses serviced by UPS.
  • We may not be able to ship to certain PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote locations where UPS service is limited. If your shipping address is not supported, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution or issue a refund.

5Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS tracking number.
  • You can track your order using the link in the email or by entering the tracking number on the UPS website.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.

If you do not receive a tracking email within a reasonable time after your order is placed, please check your spam/junk folder, then contact us.

6Delivery Timeframes & Delays

Estimated delivery time = Processing Time + Transit Time.

While we work hard to ship on time, the following can cause delays:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier operational issues
  • High seasonal volume (e.g., holidays)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Payment verification issues

Electronic World is not responsible for delays caused by UPS or circumstances beyond our control, but we will always do our best to assist.

7Incorrect Addresses & Address Changes

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping address before your order ships, contact us immediately at orders@electronicworldusa.com with your order number and the correct details.
  • If an order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the address. In such cases:
    • You may be able to coordinate an address change directly with UPS, or
    • The package may be returned to our warehouse; once received, we can reship (additional shipping fees may apply).

8Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We want you to experience quality you can trust, technology you'll love—that includes how your order arrives.

• Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged product.
  2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@electronicworldusa.com with your order number and photos.

We will review and help arrange a replacement or solution in line with our Return & Warranty policies.

• Lost in Transit

If tracking shows no movement or your package appears lost:

  1. Contact UPS first to open an investigation.
  2. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us and we will work with you on next steps.

• Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows "Delivered" but you don't see the package:

  • Check with neighbors, family members, front desk, mailroom, or building management.
  • Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  • If still missing, contact UPS for more details.

Once you've done this, reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist.

⚠️ Please note:

Once a package is marked as delivered by UPS, liability may transfer to the recipient, but we will always try to help find a reasonable solution.

9Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

From time to time, we may offer pre-order or backordered products.

  • Any extended shipping or release timelines will be clearly noted on the product page.
  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may:
    • Ship items together when everything is available, or
    • Ship items separately, depending on the promotion and logistics (this will be specified at checkout or in the product description).

10Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

This Shipping & Delivery Policy works together with our other store policies:

  • Warranty Policy – for coverage on manufacturing defects (EW products include a 1-year warranty).

During major holidays, promotions, or peak shopping seasons, both processing and transit times may be longer than usual.

  • We recommend placing time-sensitive orders well in advance.
  • Any major, expected delays (e.g., holiday cut-off dates) will be communicated via our website or during checkout when possible.
