• Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged product.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@electronicworldusa.com with your order number and photos.
We will review and help arrange a replacement or solution in line with our Return & Warranty policies.
• Lost in Transit
If tracking shows no movement or your package appears lost:
- Contact UPS first to open an investigation.
- If the carrier confirms the package is lost, contact us and we will work with you on next steps.
• Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows "Delivered" but you don't see the package:
- Check with neighbors, family members, front desk, mailroom, or building management.
- Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- If still missing, contact UPS for more details.
Once you've done this, reach out to us and we'll do our best to assist.

Once a package is marked as delivered by UPS, liability may transfer to the recipient, but we will always try to help find a reasonable solution.
